Dodge Technologies licenses three finished web applications to white-label partners. Put your logo, your domain and your prices on them, keep every customer relationship, and pay a flat monthly fee — never a revenue share. With Dodge Fitness we go further and staff it too: every coach and nutritionist is hired and managed by us. We contractually cannot undercut your pricing or trade under your brand.

The model
Licence what you sell. Everything above it is yours.
We don't take a percentage, we don't touch your customers, and we don't appear anywhere in your product. Each application is licensed on its own: Dodge Fitness at $4.99 per subscriber with the coaching and nutrition team included, Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar on a capacity plan each. Then you price your own offer however you like.
1. Licence what you need
Take only the applications you intend to sell. Dodge Fitness is $4.99 per subscriber from a 500-subscriber floor; Pocket and Calendar are each on their own capacity plan from $199 a month.
Upload your logo and palette, point a CNAME at us, and we provision SSL and email authentication on your domain. Your customers never see the Dodge name.
Each one is a live, hosted, maintained web application — not a template or a starter kit. Pick the ones that fit the customers you already have. The prices shown are what other partners charge, for reference only: you set your own retail price for every application, in every market.
Dodge Fitness
Sell to: gyms, PT studios, wellness programmes
Coach-led training plans and dietician-built nutrition, with progress tracking and a coach marketplace. The coaches and nutritionists are hired and managed by us. Mobile-first for the gym floor.
You get a product line without an engineering team — or a coaching team.
We stay invisible
No Dodge branding in the app, the emails, the invoices or the source you expose — and we won't disclose that your product runs on us. Written into the agreement, not just promised.
Predictable cost
A published rate per application — $4.99 a subscriber on Fitness, a flat capacity fee on Pocket and Calendar. No percentage of your revenue, and nothing to pay for applications you do not sell.
Automate it or don't
Run everything from the partner console, or provision tenants from your own systems with the Partner API — included with every licence.
Multi-brand ready
Run several brands from one account — useful if you serve distinct verticals, or operate sub-resellers underneath you. Brand and sub-reseller counts are agreed in your order form.
We can't undercut you
You register your retail price; our own direct channel is contractually barred from going below it in your territory, discounts included. Channel policy →
Hosting is our problem
Scaling, backups, patching, monitoring and releases are included. Your engineering cost to launch is effectively zero.
Coaching is our payroll
Dodge Fitness ships with coaches and nutritionists that Dodge Technologies Ltd hires, vets, trains, rosters and pays — worldwide. You sell a staffed service without recruiting, employing or scheduling a single person. How it works →
Launch materials included
Editable decks, one-pagers, a pricing playbook, objection notes and a demo tenant — so your first sales call isn't from scratch.

"We could never have hired 30 coaches across 22 sites. Dodge employs them, we brand them, and the cost per member is a number I can put in a spreadsheet."
This site sells licences to businesses. Nothing here is sold to consumers.
Dodge does run its own consumer brand, on a separate website — and we'd rather you read that here than hear it from a customer. It is bound by contract: it cannot price below your registered retail price, cannot trade under or bid on your brand, cannot market to your customers, and does not offer white-label, sub-resellers or the Partner API at all.
Yes, entirely. There is no consumer checkout, no consumer pricing and no individual sign-up anywhere on this website — everything here is a business licence. If you want the apps for your own organisation, licence the ones you need and provision your own tenants; you own the brand either way.
Yes, under a separate Dodge-owned consumer brand on a separate website — and we say so plainly rather than discovering it together later. That channel is bound by contract: it cannot price below your registered retail price in your territory, cannot trade under or bid on your brand, cannot market to your customers, and does not offer white-label, sub-resellers or the Partner API at all. How the two channels are kept apart →
An end-user account under your brand that holds a live paid plan during the billing month. Cancelled, suspended and free accounts do not count. See the definitions on the pricing page for the exact rules.
Any end-user account created under your brand — free, trial, active or lapsed — measured cumulatively across your contract year. It exists so we can size infrastructure for funnels with a lot of free traffic.
Nothing breaks. On Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar you are billed overage at that application's plan rate for the month, and we flag it in the console; in almost every case moving up a level is cheaper than sustained overage, and we will tell you so. Dodge Fitness has no allowance to exceed.
No. Dodge Technologies Ltd hires and manages every coach and nutritionist, worldwide — recruitment, certification checks, background screening, training, rostering, absence cover and payroll are all ours. They appear inside your product under your branding, and your subscribers never see the Dodge name. That is what the $4.99 per subscriber on Dodge Fitness pays for. How the coaching layer works.
$4.99 per active subscriber per month and nothing else — no plan fee, no allowance, no overage. You are invoiced for a minimum of 500 subscribers ($2,495) from the month you launch, then $4.99 for each active subscriber above 500. See Dodge Fitness pricing.
Never. The licence fee for each application you take is the entire cost, at published rates. Whatever you charge your customers above it is yours.
Not through us. The apps run on your domain, send email from your domain, and carry only your branding, and we will not disclose that your product is built on Dodge technology. You can also upload a suppression list of your customer domains that our direct channel is excluded from marketing to. All of it sits in clause 4 of the reseller agreement.
Not a co-branded badge in the corner. Your logo, your domain, your email sender, your invoices, your pricing — and no reference to Dodge Technologies anywhere your customer can see. On Dodge Fitness that extends to the people: the coaches and nutritionists are ours to employ, and yours to brand.
If a customer can see it, you can change it. Here is the complete list of what the theming layer controls.
Visual identity
Logo (light and dark), favicon, primary and accent colours, typography, corner radius, login artwork and the home-screen install icon.
Domain & URLs
Your own domain or subdomain with SSL provisioned and auto-renewed by us. Booking links, share links and invite links all carry your host.
Transactional email
Sender name and address on your domain, with SPF and DKIM configured for you. Templates for welcome, reset, reminder, receipt and cancellation are all editable.
Commercial layer
Your plan names, your prices, your currencies, your trial lengths and your terms links. Connect your own Stripe account so money never routes through us. We invoice you separately for each application you licence.
Content & copy
Product name, in-app help links, support email, legal footer links and onboarding copy — so the whole experience reads in your voice.
What stays ours
Infrastructure, security patching and the underlying codebase — and, on Dodge Fitness, the coaching and nutrition workforce. You are licensing a running, staffed service, not receiving source code or a hiring problem.
Partner console
One place to run the whole book.
Provision, monitor and bill from a single dashboard. No spreadsheets, no support tickets to create an account.
Tenant management — create, suspend, resume and delete tenants; set per-tenant plan, seat count and trial length.
Allowance monitoring — live active-subscriber and total-signup counters against your plan, with alerts at 80% and 100%.
Brand manager — upload assets, preview changes against a live tenant, publish instantly or schedule.
Billing — consolidated invoices, overage breakdown, payment history and downloadable statements.
Sub-resellers — where your order form includes them, delegate a slice of your capacity to a partner underneath you, with their own branding.
Audit log — every provisioning, branding and billing action attributed and timestamped, exportable as CSV.
Suspended tenants do not count toward your active-subscriber allowance.
Architecture
How a tenant is isolated
Each tenant is a logically separated workspace with its own data, users and settings, under your partner account.
Layer 1
Partner
You. Holds the plan, the allowance, the brands and the billing relationship with us.
Layer 2
Brand
A theme + domain + email sender. How many brands you can run is set in your order form rather than fixed by a plan tier.
Layer 3
Tenant
One of your customers — a gym, a practice, a clinic. Own data, own admin users, own settings.
Layer 4
Subscriber
An end user inside a tenant. Counts against your active-subscriber allowance while they hold a paid plan.
Worth knowing: capacity is measured per application at partner level, not per tenant. A partner with a Scale licence for Dodge Pocket can run 5 tenants with 1,000 subscribers each or 500 tenants with 10 each — the cost is identical. Dodge Fitness has no capacity tier at all: it is simply $4.99 per active subscriber.
FAQ
Platform questions
No — you license a hosted, managed service. That is deliberate: it is why there is no engineering cost on your side, why security patching is our problem, and why the price is a published licence fee rather than a build project. A source escrow arrangement can be requested and recorded in your order form.
You choose which coaching and nutrition specialisms appear in your roster and how the profiles are styled. You do not hire, schedule, discipline or pay anyone — Dodge Technologies Ltd employs and manages the whole network worldwide. The console shows you coverage, ratings and response times so you can see the service quality your brand is carrying.
As many as your order form provides for. We no longer tie brand counts to a plan tier — tell us how many you need and we scope it with you. Each brand has its own domain, theme and email sender.
Yes, at any time and as often as you like. Changes preview against a live tenant before you publish, and publishing takes effect within a minute.
All three products are progressive web apps — your customers add them to the home screen and get an app-like experience with your icon, without an app store review. Native store submission under your own developer account is available by agreement.
The default region is EU (Frankfurt). EU, US, UK, UAE and Singapore are available where your order form specifies a residency region. See Security & compliance.
See it with your own logo on it.
Send us your brand assets and we'll stand up a demo tenant so you can click through it before signing anything.
Contract to first paying tenant in about two weeks.
There is no integration project, no infrastructure to procure and — on Dodge Fitness — no coaches to recruit. The longest step is usually you deciding what to charge.
Apply — day 0
Tell us your market, the apps you want and your expected volume. We reply within two business days with a plan recommendation and a draft agreement. Application form →
Agreement & plan — days 1–3
Sign the reseller agreement and pick a plan. Initial term is 12 months, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice.
Brand your instance — days 3–5
Upload logo and palette, point a CNAME at us. We provision SSL and configure SPF and DKIM on your domain. Usually done inside a day once DNS propagates.
Set retail pricing — days 5–8
Decide per-subscriber, per-tenant or bundled pricing, connect your Stripe account, and configure trials. The only constraint is arithmetic: if you are selling Dodge Fitness, price above the $4.99 subscriber licence. Beyond that the number is yours — other partners land between $12 and $25, but your market, your positioning and your margin target decide it, not us. The economics calculator and the pricing playbook in your kit both help here.
Dry run — days 8–11
We provision a demo tenant on your brand. You walk your first prospect through it, we sit in if you want, and you tune copy and pricing off what you hear.
Launch — day 14
Create real tenants from the console or the API. You invoice your customers; we invoice you monthly for each application you licence, itemised.
What we need from you
Brand assets
Logo in SVG or high-resolution PNG (light and dark), your hex colours, and a favicon if you have one.
DNS access
Ability to add a CNAME and two TXT records. Ten minutes of work for whoever manages your domain.
A Stripe account
Optional but recommended — it means your customers' money never touches us. You can also bill however you already do.
A named owner
One person on your side who owns the launch. Partners who assign this go live roughly twice as fast.
No setup fee, and no recruitment. Onboarding, branding, domain provisioning and the launch kit are included in every plan. If you are launching Dodge Fitness, we staff the coaching and nutrition network for your market before go-live — that is what the 500-subscriber licence block covers from month one.
After launch
What the ongoing relationship looks like
Monthly billing
One invoice, itemised per application: Dodge Fitness at $4.99 a subscriber, and the capacity plan fee plus any overage for Pocket and Calendar. Card or bank transfer. Statements downloadable from the console.
Releases
Features ship continuously. You get release notes in advance, and can preview significant changes on a staging brand before they reach tenants.
Support path
You support your customers. You escalate platform issues to us through the console. Our standard first-response target is 1 business day, with faster targets available by agreement.
Quarterly review
Partners with a named manager get a quarterly call: capacity headroom, roadmap input and pricing benchmarks.
Start the fourteen days.
The application takes about five minutes and we answer every one by hand.
There is no bundle and no account fee. Licence the applications you actually want to sell, and pay for each one separately: Dodge Fitness at $4.99 per subscriber, Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar on a capacity plan of their own. Whatever you charge your customers is yours.
Annual = 2 months free on Pocket & Calendar
How pricing works
Three applications. Three separate licences.
We do not sell a bundle and there is no account-level fee. You licence each application on its own, and you pay for each one you take. Two applications means two licences; all three means three. Nothing you do not sell costs you anything.
Why two different models. Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar are software: our cost is infrastructure, so we charge for capacity. Dodge Fitness is a staffed service — every subscriber is paired with a coach and a nutritionist that Dodge Technologies Ltd employs and pays — so our cost is per person, and so is the price. Neither model takes a percentage of your revenue, and neither puts any limit on what you charge your own customers.
Dodge Fitness
$4.99 per subscriber. That is the whole bill.
No plan to choose, no monthly platform fee, no allowance to breach and no overage rate to read. You are billed for a minimum of 500 active subscribers from the month you launch, and for every active subscriber above that.
Dodge Fitness
Staffed by us
Coach-led training and nutrition, delivered by people on our payroll.
$4.99/ subscriber / month
Billed monthly in arrears on your peak active-subscriber count, with a floor of 500.
Billed subscribers = the greater of your peak active subscribers that month and the 500 minimum. There is nothing else to add.
Why there is a 500 minimum. We recruit, certify and roster coaches and nutritionists for your market before your first subscriber signs up, and we keep them available whether you have twelve subscribers or five hundred. The block is a floor, not a second charge: once you pass 500 you simply pay $4.99 for each active subscriber, and the floor never rises.
Work out your margin
Put in your own subscriber count and your own retail price.
These two are software, so they are priced on how many people you serve rather than per head. Pick a capacity level for each application you take. Pricing and allowances are unchanged — what has changed is that the fee now buys one application, not a bundle.
Growth
For agencies, practices and offices launching their first branded product.
$166/month per app
Billed $1,990 annually, for one application — two months free.
Active subscribers
1,000
then $0.12 each
Total signups

then $10 / 1,000
1,000 active subscribers included
10,000 total signups included
$0.12 per extra subscriber, $10 per extra 1,000 signups
One fee, one application. A Growth plan covers Dodge Pocket or Dodge Calendar, not both. Running both on Growth is $199 + $199, with a separate allowance for each — so a busy Pocket book never eats into your Calendar capacity. Dodge Fitness is not sold on these plans at all: it is $4.99 per subscriber, and that is the entire charge for it.
Prices in USD, excluding local taxes. Every licence includes hosting, SSL, backups, security patching and product updates.

Definitions
What the two numbers actually mean
Active subscribers and total signups are the only two figures that drive a bill. On Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar they gate your capacity plan; on Dodge Fitness the active-subscriber count is what the $4.99 licence is charged on. Everything else — tenants, admin users, storage, API calls — is unmetered within fair use.
Active subscriber
An end-user account under your brand that holds a live paid plan at any point during the billing month, counted per application. This is the number that maps to your revenue, so it is the number we bill against — as capacity on Pocket and Calendar, and at $4.99 each on Fitness.
Free accountsTrialsLapsedSuspended tenantsYour own staff
Total signups
Every end-user account ever created under your brand — free, trial, active or lapsed — counted cumulatively across your contract year, then reset at renewal. Signups are a capacity-plan limit, so they apply to Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar. Dodge Fitness has no signup limit: unconverted signups cost you nothing there.
It exists because a free-heavy funnel costs us real infrastructure even when nobody is paying you. A 10:1 signup-to-subscriber ratio is built into every plan, which is comfortably above what most partners run.
Deleted accounts still count toward the total for the year — otherwise the limit would be trivially resettable.
Nothing breaks if you go over. On a capacity plan we do not throttle, lock or suspend for overage. You are billed at that plan's rate for the month and the console flags it; if overage persists for two months we will proactively suggest the level that costs you less. Overage is a Pocket and Calendar concept only — Dodge Fitness has no allowance to exceed, because you pay per subscriber from the first one.

The things we agree with you rather than publish
We used to gate these behind plan tiers. They are now negotiated per partner and written into your order form, because a two-person practice and a national franchise want very different things from the same application. Ask for what you need in your application and we will price and scope it with you.
Number of separate brands
Sub-reseller accounts
Multi-brand hosting
Data residency region
SSO / SAML and SCIM
Native app store submission
Faster support response targets
Uptime SLA with service credits
Territory or vertical exclusivity
None of these carry a per-tier price list any more. If you do not need them, you are not paying for them.
Pick the application you want to model, then move the sliders. Everything updates live and nothing is sent anywhere. The retail slider is yours to set anywhere you like — we neither cap it nor require a minimum.
Dodge Fitness is billed at $4.99 per active subscriber with a 500-subscriber minimum. There is no plan fee, allowance or overage on this application.
Illustrative only, and for one application at a time — if you licence more than one, add the results together. Excludes your own sales, support, marketing and payment-processing costs, and any local taxes. Not a quote or a guarantee of earnings.
FAQ
Pricing questions
No. This site is business-to-business only — everything on it is a partner licence, and there is no consumer checkout. If you want the software for your own organisation, licence the application you need and you are simply your own first customer.
You register your retail price in the partner console, and our direct channel contractually cannot go below it in your territory, including via discounts, coupons or bundles. We also give you 30 days' notice before changing our own published direct pricing, so you can move first. See our channel policy and clause 4.2 of the reseller agreement.
Per application. There is no bundle, no shared allowance and no account-level fee. Dodge Fitness is $4.99 per active subscriber with a 500-subscriber minimum and no plan fee at all. Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar are each licensed on their own capacity plan, so running both means two plan fees and two separate allowances. Take one application, two or all three — you only ever pay for what you licence.
Because it is not only software. Every Dodge Fitness subscriber is paired with a certified coach and a certified nutritionist, and those people are employed and paid by Dodge Technologies Ltd — recruited, background-checked, trained, scheduled, covered when they are ill and managed on quality. That is a real monthly cost per person, so it is priced per person rather than by capacity. Pocket and Calendar have no human delivery layer, which is why they are sold on a flat capacity plan instead.
From the month you launch Dodge Fitness you are invoiced for a block of 500 subscribers — $2,495 — even if you have fewer. Above 500, each additional active subscriber that month adds $4.99. The block is a floor, not an extra charge: at 500 subscribers you pay $2,495, at 800 you pay $3,992, at 2,000 you pay $9,980. It exists because we staff and roster the coaching network before your first subscriber signs up. See Dodge Fitness pricing.
No. Every range on this site — $12–25 for Dodge Fitness, $5–12 for Pocket, $6–14 for Calendar — is a reference point drawn from what existing partners charge, published so you have a starting number instead of a blank page. We impose no minimum resale price, no maximum, and no recommended price you are obliged to follow. Price for your own market, your own positioning and your own margin target, and change it whenever you like. The only arithmetic constraint is that on Dodge Fitness you should charge more than the $4.99 you pay us, or every subscriber costs you money.
The price you register in the partner console is used for one purpose only: to bind our own direct channel to it under clause 4.2 of the reseller agreement, so we cannot undercut you.
Yes. Set a different retail price per application, per brand, per tenant or per territory — a price that works in Dubai need not work in Manchester. Register each one in the console and the price floor protection applies to each independently. Your cost to us does not change: capacity plan fees are flat and the Dodge Fitness licence is $4.99 per subscriber everywhere.
No, and you cannot. Dodge Technologies Ltd hires and manages the entire coaching and nutrition network worldwide. You never post a job, run an interview, check a certification, build a rota or run payroll for delivery staff. They appear inside your product under your branding, and your subscribers never see the Dodge name.
Overage applies to Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar only. At the end of each billing month we take your peak active-subscriber count for that application and subtract its included allowance; anything above is charged at that plan's rate — $0.12, $0.08 or $0.05 per subscriber. Signup overage is billed per 1,000 above the annual allowance. Dodge Fitness has no allowance and therefore no overage: you simply pay $4.99 for each active subscriber, with a floor of 500.
On Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar, yes: upgrade a capacity level at any time and we prorate immediately, or downgrade at the end of the current term provided that application's subscriber count fits the lower allowance. Each application moves independently. Dodge Fitness has no levels to move between — the bill simply follows your subscriber count above the 500 floor.
On Pocket and Calendar, occasional peaks are usually cheaper on overage than a permanent upgrade, and your partner manager will model it with you if it is close. On Dodge Fitness seasonality costs you nothing extra: a January spike is billed at $4.99 a head for the month it happens and drops away again, subject only to the 500 floor.
We do not run a self-serve trial, because onboarding involves a signed agreement and DNS setup. What we do instead is stand up a branded demo tenant during your application, at no cost, so you can click through the real product with your own logo on it.
Invoiced in USD by default; EUR, GBP and AED are available on annual contracts. We accept major cards and bank transfer. Annual contracts can be paid by transfer against a purchase order.
Annual plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from the start of the initial term. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month with 30 days' notice. Full terms are in the terms of service.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us your expected volume and we'll recommend one — including telling you when the cheaper plan is the right answer.
Dodge Fitness pairs every end user with a certified coach and a certified nutritionist — people we recruit, vet, train, roster and pay. You rebrand it, price it and sell it to your members. You never hire a single coach.
Training, nutrition and accountability are the three things that decide whether a fitness product survives past week three. All three are in the box.
Personalised training plans
Workouts built around each person's goals, fitness level and schedule — not a generic 12-week template. Full gym or a pair of dumbbells, the plan fits what they have.
Progressive overload tracked set by set
Video form cues on every movement
Deload weeks scheduled automatically
Expert diet management
Nutrition plans crafted by certified nutritionists and dieticians on the Dodge payroll, around the food people actually eat. Macro targets, meal timing and swaps — with room for the birthday dinner.
Targets that adapt weekly
Regional & dietary preferences respected
Grocery lists generated from the plan
Choose your own coach
Subscribers browse certified profiles from our worldwide network and pick who they want in their corner. Not clicking? They switch at any time, at no cost, and their history moves with them.
In-app messaging with the coach
Weekly check-ins and plan reviews
Switch coach anytime, keep history
The coach layer
The coaches are our payroll, not yours
Dodge Technologies Ltd hires and manages the entire coaching and nutrition network, worldwide. You never advertise a role, sit an interview, verify a certification, build a rota, arrange holiday cover or run payroll for delivery staff. They show up inside your product, under your brand, already working.
Hired worldwide
We recruit in every region we serve, so your subscribers get a coach in a workable time zone who speaks their language — whether you sell in Dubai, Manchester or São Paulo.
Vetted and certified
Recognised certification, verified experience, reference checks and background screening before anyone takes a subscriber. Nutritionists and dieticians are credential-checked separately.
Rostered and covered
Scheduling, capacity planning, holiday and sickness cover are ours to solve. A subscriber never loses their coach because someone resigned or went on leave.
Managed on quality
Response times, check-in completion and subscriber ratings are monitored continuously. Underperformers are retrained or removed, and any subscriber can switch coach free of charge.

How partners sell Dodge Fitness
Your retail price is entirely yours to set — per subscriber, per tenant, bundled into a membership tier, or given away with something else. Illustrated at an $18.50 retail price, covering the $2,495 minimum block. Past 500 subscribers every additional one is pure margin above $4.99. Put your own price into the calculator.
The 500-subscriber block. Dodge Fitness is invoiced from a floor of 500 subscribers — $2,495 a month — from the month you launch, because the coaching and nutrition network is staffed and rostered before your first subscriber arrives. Every active subscriber above 500 adds $4.99. At 500 you pay $2,495; at 1,200, $5,988; at 5,000, $24,950. There is no plan fee on top and no percentage of what you charge. Full detail under Dodge Fitness pricing.
Model it against your own numbers
The economics calculator takes your subscriber count and retail price, applies the $4.99 rate and the 500-subscriber minimum, and returns margin, break-even and annualised profit.
Gym owners do not buy workout libraries — they buy a reason for a member not to cancel in February. Lead with churn, not with exercise counts.
Price it for your market
Partners with the best attach rates tend to bundle it into a top membership tier rather than sell it at the front desk — but a budget gym in a price-sensitive city and a boutique studio in Zurich should not be charging the same thing, and nothing stops them. The only number that constrains you is your own: keep it above the $4.99 you pay us.
Sell the humans, not the app
A branded service where every member gets a named coach and a named nutritionist is a completely different pitch from "we bought some software" — and you deliver it without adding one person to your headcount.
All of this is written up properly in the sales & launch kit, with an editable deck and a one-pager for this application.

FAQ
Dodge Fitness questions
No. Dodge Technologies Ltd hires and manages every coach and nutritionist, in every market we serve. We advertise the roles, interview, verify certifications, run background checks, train, roster, cover absence and pay them. You never take on delivery headcount, an employment liability or a rota — which is the single biggest reason gyms can launch this in two weeks rather than two quarters.
Coaches hold a recognised strength, conditioning or personal-training certification and have verified working experience. Nutrition plans are written by certified nutritionists and registered dieticians, whose credentials we check separately. Everyone is reference-checked and background-screened before they take their first subscriber, and re-verified as certifications renew.
Yes — the network is recruited regionally rather than from one hub, so a subscriber gets a coach who works in a compatible time zone and, where available, their own language. If you are opening a new market, tell your partner manager before launch and we staff for it.
Not from us. Coaches appear inside your product under your branding, communicate through your app, and are contractually barred from disclosing that they work for Dodge Technologies or from soliciting your subscribers off-platform.
They switch, at any time, at no cost, and their full history moves with them. We track ratings, response times and check-in completion across the network, and retrain or remove coaches who fall below standard. Managing that is our job, not yours.
$4.99 per active subscriber per month, invoiced on a minimum of 500 subscribers — $2,495 a month — from launch. Above 500, each additional active subscriber is $4.99. There is no plan fee, no allowance and no overage: that single rate is what pays the coaches and nutritionists. Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar are priced differently, on their own capacity plans. See Dodge Fitness pricing.
No. Each plan is built around whatever equipment the subscriber reports — a commercial gym, a home rack, dumbbells or nothing. Plenty of end users train entirely at home, which is useful if you are selling a remote tier.
It is a progressive web app built mobile-first. Subscribers add it to their home screen, log sets between rests with one thumb, and the plan caches locally so a basement gym with no signal still works.
Dodge Fitness is not a medical service, and the end-user terms you publish should say so. Because the coaches and nutritionists are engaged by Dodge Technologies Ltd rather than by you, their vetting, certification, professional conduct and insurance are our responsibility — the reseller agreement sets that out. You remain responsible for your own end-user terms and marketing claims. The kit includes suggested wording; your own legal counsel should confirm it for your market.
Yes — full training and nutrition history, on every plan, including after cancellation. That is a requirement under the data processing addendum.
See it with your gym's logo on it.

A branded expense ledger for every client you have.
Dodge Pocket logs cash in, cash out and petty expenses in a couple of taps, then explains where the money went with infographics. Accountants resell it to clients; offices resell it to branches; you resell it as yours.
Running in your browser with sample data — the same dashboard your subscribers would get, in Dodge's default theme. Use it on sales calls once it carries your branding.

What your subscribers get
Everything a pocket ledger should do
Cash in & cash out
Two-tap entry for income and spending, with separate running balances so you always know what's actually left.
Dedicated petty cash
Small, frequent expenses get their own ledger and float, so tea money never contaminates the real spending picture.
Infographic-first design
Donut, trend, category, calendar heatmap and cumulative views — 14 chart types, all readable on a phone screen.
Budgets & alerts
A monthly cap per category, with a nudge at 80% and again on breach — before the damage, not after.
Receipts attached
Snap the receipt, attach it to the entry, search by merchant, amount or note later. No shoebox required.
Export in one click
CSV, XLSX and formatted PDF statements for any date range — the feature accountant partners lead with.
Multiple wallets
Personal, business, office float, a trip — separate balances, or rolled up into one view.
Multi-currency
Log in the currency spent, report in the currency you think in. Daily rates, with historical rates retained.
Shared ledgers

For an accounting practice this is not a software sale — it is how receipts arrive clean. Lead with the hours saved in prep, not with charts.
Bundle it, do not itemise it
The strongest attach rates come from including it in an engagement fee. A separate $9 line invites a separate decision.
Lean on petty cash
Bank-feed tools ignore cash. If your customers handle a float, a proper petty-cash ledger with an audit trail is the wedge nothing else fills.

FAQ
Dodge Pocket questions
No — it is a manual-entry ledger by design, which is what makes it work for cash, petty expenses and informal income that bank feeds never see. A bank statement can be imported as CSV if a subscriber wants both views side by side.
Yes. Each tenant can grant read-only access to a bookkeeper account, and partners can be given a practice-level view across their tenants. Every access is logged.
It is the real interface running client-side with sample figures. It sends nothing anywhere and resets on refresh. Once you are a partner, the same demo runs on your brand for sales calls.
Entries made without a connection are held locally and sync when the device is back online. Totals and charts stay accurate against the local copy meanwhile.
No, and you should not position it as such. It is a record-keeping and expense-visibility tool that feeds accounting software. Saying otherwise creates regulatory exposure for you, not us.
Give every client a branded ledger.
A Growth licence for Dodge Pocket covers 1,000 subscribers for $199 a month. Most practices never leave it.

Scheduling that gets out of the way
Unlimited event types
A 15-minute intro, a 60-minute review, a recurring check-in — each with its own link, duration, questions and colour.
Automatic timezones
Invitees see times in their own zone, detected from the browser. No more "is that your 3pm or mine?"

Padding before and after meetings, minimum notice, daily caps and date-range windows, so nobody books into a wall.
Team scheduling
Round-robin to distribute fairly, collective events needing everyone free, and managed team booking pages.
Reminder workflows
Automated email and SMS reminders, follow-ups and no-show nudges — the feature clinic buyers care about most.
Calendar & video sync
Two-way sync with Google, Outlook and iCloud, with auto-generated Zoom, Meet or Teams links on confirmation.
Embed anywhere
Inline, popup or floating-button embeds for your customer's site, plus a link for email signatures and bios.
Routing forms
Qualify first, then send each invitee to the right person, the right event type, or a polite decline.
Collect payment
Charge for paid consultations at booking, handled by the tenant's own Stripe or PayPal account.

Set the hours once. Forget about it.
Your subscribers define a working week, add exceptions for holidays, and connect existing calendars so anything already booked blocks automatically.

Clinics and salons do not lose money on admin time — they lose it on empty chairs. Reminder workflows are the number, and the number is roughly 41%.
Multi-staff is the upsell
A solo practitioner will use a free tool. A three-chair salon with shared availability and round-robin will not, and that is where your pricing power sits.

FAQ
Dodge Calendar questions
Never. They open the link, pick a time and enter a name and email. That is the entire flow — the one you just tried above.
Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Office 365, and Apple iCloud. Sync is two-way, so existing events block new bookings and confirmed bookings appear immediately.
Yes. Each tenant connects their own Stripe or PayPal account and sets a price per event type. Money goes directly to them; neither you nor we take a cut of it.
SMS reminders are included up to a fair-use allowance of 200 messages per tenant per month. Beyond that we bill at cost plus nothing — the carrier rate for the destination country, passed straight through.
Yes — that is how everything is sold. Each application is licensed separately, so Calendar on its own costs you a Calendar licence and nothing else. You are never charged for an application you do not take.
Every appointment business in your book needs this.
Most of them are still doing it by email. Be the one who fixes it, under your name.

Who this works for
If you already have the customers, you have the hard part
The partners who do best are the ones with an existing audience and a reason to keep them. The software is the easy bit — that's the bit we do.
Gyms & fitness chains
Sell branded coaching as a paid add-on to membership, or as a remote tier for members who moved away — without hiring a single coach, because we employ them. Partners in this segment tend to charge $12–25 per member per month, though the price is yours to set.
Usually resell: Dodge Fitness, often with Calendar for PT bookings.
Accountants & bookkeepers
Give every client a branded expense ledger. Cleaner books coming in, a recurring line going out, and a client who is now much harder to switch away from.
Usually resell: Dodge Pocket.
Clinics, salons & practices
Branded booking pages with staff availability, buffers and SMS reminders. Sold to independents by a group or franchise that already supplies them.
Usually resell: Dodge Calendar.
Agencies & IT resellers
Add a recurring SaaS line to project work without building or hosting anything. Multi-brand support means one account can serve several client verticals.
Usually resell: all three.
Franchise & group operators
Standardise the tooling every franchisee uses, under the group brand, and take a margin on it. Sub-reseller accounts let regional operators run their own slice.
Usually resell: two or three apps.
Coaches & consultancies
Package the platform with your methodology and let our coaching network deliver the day-to-day, so your own time goes into the programme and the sale rather than into check-ins.
Usually resell: Fitness or Calendar.

Figures are partner-reported and illustrative, and show cost as the sum of the separate application licences each partner holds. Your results depend on your market, pricing and churn.
Before you apply
Who we tend to say no to
We turn down roughly one application in four, and it is fairer to say why up front than to waste your time:
You have no existing audience and no route to one. The software will not create demand by itself.
You want source code or a one-off build. We license a running service, not a codebase.
You want to resell into a territory where we have granted exclusivity to another partner.
You are looking for a revenue-share or commission-only arrangement with no licence fee.
If none of those apply, the conversation is usually short and useful. Start an application →
Add your name to the list.

One-pagers

Pricing playbook
How partners in each segment price, what they bundle, where they discount, and the three pricing mistakes that show up most often.
Objection handling
The eleven objections partners hear most, with answers that have actually worked — including how to handle "can't we just use a spreadsheet?"
Demo tenant
A permanently available tenant on your brand, pre-loaded with realistic data, that you can share or screen-share on any call.
Security one-pager
A customer-facing summary of encryption, hosting, backups and data handling, in your branding — for when procurement asks.
14-day launch checklist

Brand asset templates

Kit access: materials live inside the partner console under Resources, and are refreshed each quarter. Prospective partners get the deck and one-pagers during the application process — just ask on the contact form.
Guidelines
What you may and may not say
Present the software as your own product, under your own name and branding.
Set your own prices, plans, trials, terms of service and privacy policy for your customers.
Use our uptime and security figures in your own materials, as long as they are current.
Claim to have built or to own the underlying software or its intellectual property.
Represent yourself as Dodge Technologies, or use our name or marks in your marketing.
Make availability, performance or compliance claims beyond those in the SLA.
A small REST API for the things partners automate most: creating tenants, moving subscribers, reading usage and reacting to events. Included with every application licence.
Base URL:https://api.dodgetechnologies.net/v1 — all requests are HTTPS, all payloads are JSON, all timestamps are RFC 3339 in UTC.
Authentication
Every request carries a partner API key in the Authorization header. Keys are created in the partner console under Settings → API keys, are scoped to a single brand, and can be rotated without downtime by keeping two active.
Test keys are prefixed dk_test_ and operate against a sandbox brand with its own data. Nothing in the sandbox counts toward your allowance.
Tenants
A tenant is one of your customers — a gym, a practice, a clinic. Creating one provisions a workspace on your brand and returns an invite link for its first admin user.
POST/v1/tenants
{

}
Returns 201 with the tenant object, including id, status and invite_url.
GET/v1/tenants · GET/v1/tenants/{id}
List or retrieve tenants. List supports status, app, created_after and cursor pagination via starting_after.
Suspending a tenant makes it read-only for its users and removes its subscribers from your active-subscriber count at the next daily snapshot. Data is retained.
DELETE/v1/tenants/{id}
Schedules permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. Reversible with POST /v1/tenants/{id}/restore during that window.
Subscribers
Subscribers belong to a tenant. In most setups your own billing system is the source of truth, so you tell us when someone becomes paid or lapses.
Billing impact: only status: "active" counts toward a Pocket or Calendar subscriber allowance, and toward the $4.99 charge on Dodge Fitness tenants. Creating a subscriber in any state counts as one signup against your annual allowance.
Usage is recalculated hourly. Billing uses the monthly peak figure, not the value at month end.
The fitness object appears only when Dodge Fitness is enabled on your account. billed_subscribers is max(peak_subscribers, min_billed), so it never drops below the 500-subscriber minimum; estimated_licence_usd is that figure multiplied by rate_usd. It is reported separately from estimated_overage_usd because the two are billed as separate lines. Pocket and Calendar have no equivalent object.
Webhooks
Register endpoints in the console or with POST /v1/webhooks. Every delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256 in the Dodge-Signature header; verify it before trusting the payload. Failed deliveries retry for 24 hours with exponential backoff.

Errors & rate limits
Errors return the appropriate HTTP status with a machine-readable code and a human message. Never parse the message — it may change.
{
"error": {
"code": "allowance_exceeded",
"message": "Creating this subscriber would exceed your signup allowance.",
"doc_url": "https://www.dodgetechnologies.net/docs.html#usage"
}
}
Rate limits are 600 requests per minute per API key, burstable to 1,200. Responses carry X-RateLimit-Remaining and Retry-After. Bulk provisioning should use the batch endpoint rather than looping.
SDKs & quickstart
Thin official clients for Node, Python and PHP are in the partner console under Resources, alongside a working provisioning script. There is nothing in them you could not write yourself in an afternoon — they exist to save you the afternoon.
// Node — provision a tenant and invite its adminimport Dodge from'@dodge/partner'const dodge = new Dodge(process.env.DODGE_API_KEY)

Security & compliance
Your customers' procurement team will ask. Here are the answers.
You are the data controller for your subscribers; we are your processor. This page is written so you can hand it, or a rebranded version of it, straight to a customer.
Encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit with HSTS and modern cipher suites only. AES-256 at rest for databases, object storage and backups. Keys managed in a hardware security module and rotated annually.
Hosting & residency
Default region is EU (Frankfurt). EU, US, UK, UAE and Singapore are available by agreement, and data does not leave the chosen region except for aggregate, non-identifying telemetry.
Access control
Role-based access at partner, brand and tenant level. Least privilege internally, mandatory MFA for all staff, and just-in-time production access that expires automatically.
Isolation
Every tenant is logically separated with row-level enforcement at the data layer, not just in application code. Cross-tenant access is impossible through the API by construction.
Backups & recovery
Encrypted backups every 6 hours with point-in-time recovery to any second in the last 35 days. Restores are tested quarterly against a real target, not on paper.
Testing
Annual third-party penetration test, continuous dependency and container scanning, and a private disclosure channel with a 90-day fix commitment for anything material.
Data roles
The chain matters, because it decides who answers a subject-access request.

Processing only on your documented instructions, and securing it
Because you are the controller, you publish the privacy policy your subscribers see, and you field their requests. We give you the tools to fulfil them — export, correction and deletion are all available from the console and the API.
Retention & deletion
Active tenant data is retained for as long as the tenant is active.
Suspended tenants retain data indefinitely while your account is in good standing.
Deleted tenants enter a 30-day grace period, then are purged from primary storage.
Backups roll off after 35 days, so a deleted record is unrecoverable after that point.
On termination of your partner agreement you have 60 days to export everything.
Sub-processors
We use a deliberately short list, and we give 30 days' notice before adding to it so you can object.
Multi-availability-zone deployment with automated failover, an RPO of 5 minutes and an RTO of 60 minutes. Continuity plans are exercised twice a year. If Dodge Technologies were to cease trading, partners with escrow arrangements receive a release; all partners get a 90-day export window contractually guaranteed in the reseller agreement.
Documents on request
Available to partners and to their customers under NDA:
Latest penetration test summary letter
Security whitepaper and network architecture overview
Completed CAIQ-Lite questionnaire
Sub-processor list with named entities
Business continuity and incident response summary
Be straight with your customers about certification. We are not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified — an audit is underway. Do not claim certifications we do not hold; the launch kit has approved wording for procurement questionnaires.
Found a vulnerability? Email security@dodgetechnologies.net with steps to reproduce. We acknowledge within one business day and do not pursue good-faith researchers.
Need the full pack for a tender?
Tell us who is asking and we'll send the security documentation set under NDA, usually same day.
CNAME records take up to an hour to propagate, and our SSL provisioning runs on a 15-minute cycle after the record resolves. If it has been over two hours, check that the record points at edge.dodgetechnologies.net with no trailing dot issues, then contact us.
Check the brand's email authentication status in the console — if SPF or DKIM is failing, invites land in spam. The console shows a red flag on the brand when this is the cause.
We count a subscriber active if they were active at any point in the month, and we bill on the monthly peak. A subscriber who cancelled on the 3rd still counts for that month. The same peak figure drives capacity-plan overage on Pocket and Calendar and the $4.99 charge on Dodge Fitness, subject to its 500-subscriber minimum.
You can export any tenant's data from the console at any time. Whether you are permitted to do so is governed by the terms you publish to your customers, not by us.
Still stuck?
Send us the tenant ID and what you expected to happen. That is usually all we need.

FAQ
Everything partners ask, in one place.
If your question isn't here, ask us directly — we answer every one by hand.
The model
Yes, entirely. There is no consumer checkout, no consumer pricing and no individual sign-up anywhere on this site — everything here is a business licence sold to an approved partner. If you want the software for your own organisation, licence the applications you need and provision your own tenants; you will be your own first customer and you will own the brand.
Yes — under a separate Dodge-owned consumer brand, on a separate website. We would rather tell you that on the FAQ page than have you find out from a customer. What matters is that the two channels are kept apart by contract, not by good intentions: see the next three answers and our channel policy.
No. You register your retail price per application in the partner console, and clause 4.2 of the reseller agreement binds our direct channel to price at or above it in your territory — including through discounts, coupons, extended trials or bundles. We also give you 30 days' notice before reducing our own published direct price so you can adjust first.
No. We will not trade under your brand or anything confusingly similar, bid on paid-search keywords containing your brand or product names, publish comparison or SEO content targeting your brand, or name you as a customer without written consent.
No. You can upload a suppression list of your tenant and subscriber domains that our direct channel is excluded from, and we never use data we process on your behalf under the DPA for our own marketing, targeting or lookalike modelling. If one of your end users contacts us, we route them back to you without disclosing our involvement.
Quite a lot, deliberately. Our direct channel is a single-brand consumer product. It does not offer white-label or rebranding, sub-reseller accounts, multi-brand hosting, the Partner API, tenant provisioning or partner-tier support. Any business customer needing those has to come to a partner. We also refer business enquiries we receive to partners, at no charge and with no commission.
Never. The licence fee for each application you take — $4.99 a subscriber on Fitness, a capacity plan fee plus any overage on Pocket and Calendar — is the entire cost, at published rates. Everything you charge above it is yours.
No — you license a hosted, managed service. That is why there is no engineering cost on your side and why the price is a published licence fee. A source escrow arrangement can be requested and is recorded in your order form.
Yes, where your order form provides for it. Each sub-reseller gets their own branding and draws against your capacity for the applications they resell. We no longer cap the number by plan tier — tell us what you need and we scope it.
Plans & limits
An end-user account under your brand holding a live paid plan at any point during the billing month, counted per application. Free accounts, trials, lapsed accounts, suspended tenants and your own staff accounts do not count. Full definition on the pricing page.
Any end-user account ever created under your brand — free, trial, active or lapsed — counted cumulatively across your contract year and reset at renewal. It exists because a free-heavy funnel consumes infrastructure even when nobody is paying you, and it applies to the Pocket and Calendar capacity plans only.
Because the two costs are different. Active subscribers track the value you are getting; total signups track the load we are carrying. Every capacity plan is built on a 10:1 ratio, which is comfortably above what most partners actually run. Both limits belong to Pocket and Calendar; Dodge Fitness has neither.
Nothing breaks — we do not throttle, lock or suspend. On Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar you are billed overage for that month at that application's plan rate ($0.12, $0.08 or $0.05 per subscriber) and the console flags it; if it persists for two months we will tell you which level costs you less. Dodge Fitness has no allowance, so there is nothing to exceed.
You licence each application separately, so take any one, any two or all three — there is no bundle to fit into and nothing to unlock. Dodge Fitness is $4.99 per active subscriber with a 500-subscriber minimum and no plan fee. Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar each sit on their own capacity plan from $199 a month, with their own allowance. Adding an application later simply adds its licence.
Because it is a staffed service, not just software. Every Dodge Fitness subscriber is paired with a certified coach and a certified nutritionist, and those people are employed and paid by Dodge Technologies Ltd. That is a real recurring cost per person, so it is priced per person: $4.99 per active subscriber per month, on every plan. Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar have no human delivery layer and no per-subscriber licence.
The licence is invoiced as a block of 500 subscribers — $2,495 a month — from the month you launch Dodge Fitness, even if you have fewer. Above 500, each additional active subscriber that month adds $4.99. It is a floor rather than a second charge, and it exists because we recruit and roster coaches for your market before your first subscriber signs up. Full worked examples under application licensing.
No. The ranges published on this site are reference points from existing partners, not requirements. We set no minimum resale price, no maximum and no recommended price you must follow — you decide what to charge, per application, per brand and per market, and you can change it at any time. On Dodge Fitness the only sensible constraint is arithmetic: charge more than the $4.99 per-subscriber licence you pay us. Your registered price exists solely so our direct channel is contractually barred from undercutting it.
No — and you do not manage them either. Dodge Technologies Ltd recruits, certification-checks, background-screens, trains, rosters, covers and pays the entire coaching and nutrition network worldwide. You brand it and sell it. You never carry delivery headcount or employment liability.
On Pocket and Calendar, occasional peaks are usually cheaper on overage than a permanent upgrade, and your partner manager will model it with you. On Dodge Fitness a seasonal spike simply costs $4.99 a head for the months it lasts, then falls away again.
Not a self-serve one, because onboarding involves a signed agreement and DNS setup. Instead we stand up a branded demo tenant during your application, free, so you can click through the real product with your logo on it.
White-label
Not through us. The apps run on your domain, send email from your domain and carry only your branding. We never contact, market to or solicit your tenants.
Logo, favicon, colours, typography, app icon, login artwork, domain, email sender and templates, plan names, prices, currencies, trial lengths and legal footer links. The full list is on the platform page.
As many as your order form provides for — brand counts are agreed with you rather than fixed by a plan tier. Each brand has its own domain, theme and email sender, which is useful if you serve distinct verticals.
The products are progressive web apps, so subscribers add them to the home screen with your icon and no store review. Native store submission under your own developer account is available by agreement.
Usually under a day once DNS propagates. Assets go in through the console, and changes preview against a live tenant before you publish.
Contracts & billing
Twelve months initially per application, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. Annual prepayment takes two months off Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar; Dodge Fitness is billed monthly on actual usage, so there is nothing to prepay.
Monthly in arrears, itemised by application: the Dodge Fitness subscriber charge, and the capacity plan fee plus any overage for Pocket and Calendar. Card or bank transfer, with statements downloadable from the console. Annual contracts can be paid by transfer against a purchase order.
USD by default. EUR, GBP and AED are available on annual contracts.
By agreement, normally tied to a volume commitment for that territory and application.
You give 30 days' notice after the initial term and get a 90-day export window. Tenants can be exported in full or wound down, but only with your involvement — we will not approach them independently.
Annual plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from the start of the initial term. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month. Full terms in the terms of service.
Support & security
You do — that is the point of owning the relationship. You escalate platform-level issues to us through the console. Our standard first-response target is 1 business day; 4 business hours and 1-hour 24/7 P1 cover are available by agreement.
Not to launch. Branding and domain setup are configuration, not code. The Partner API is included with every licence if you want to automate provisioning from your own systems, but many partners run entirely from the console.
EU (Frankfurt) by default. EU, US, UK, UAE and Singapore are available where your order form specifies a region. Details on the security page.
Not currently — an audit is underway. We would rather tell you that plainly than let you make a claim to a customer that turns out to be wrong. The security documentation set is available under NDA.
We have run 99.94% over the last twelve months. A contractual 99.9% SLA with service credits is available by agreement; see the SLA and live status page.
Question not answered?
Ask a human. We reply to every enquiry within two business days.
Dodge Technologies makes three focused web applications, and employs the coaching and nutrition workforce that delivers one of them. Our partner channel — this website — licenses them to businesses who put their own name on them. We also run a separate consumer brand of our own, and we keep the two apart by contract rather than by promise.
Two channels, kept apart on purpose
Most software companies say they love their resellers and then quietly build a direct sales team. The reseller finds out when a customer forwards them an email from the vendor offering a better price.
We took the other route: we tell you up front that we have a direct channel, and then we bind it. Dodge sells the applications to consumers under a separate brand on a separate website. This website is business-to-business only — no consumer checkout, no consumer pricing, no individual sign-up.
What keeps that honest is the contract, not the sentiment. Our direct channel cannot price below your registered retail price in your territory. It cannot trade under your brand, bid on your brand keywords, or publish comparison content aimed at you. It cannot market to your customers, and it never touches data we process on your behalf. And it deliberately does not offer white-label, sub-resellers or the Partner API — so any business customer who needs those has to come to a partner.
The division of labour is the point. You already have the customers, the trust and the billing relationship; those are the expensive parts. We are good at building and running software — and, for Dodge Fitness, at recruiting and managing coaches and nutritionists at scale across borders, which is a specialist job most of our partners would rather not take on. So you own the customer, we own the code and the payroll, and the boundary is written down.
What we commit to
Never pricing our direct channel below your registered retail price
Never trading under, or bidding on, your brand or product names
Never contacting or marketing to a partner's tenants or end users
Never using data we process on your behalf for our own marketing
Never taking a percentage of partner revenue
Employing, vetting and managing every Dodge Fitness coach and nutritionist ourselves
Keeping white-label, sub-resellers and the Partner API out of our direct channel
30 days' notice before we change our published direct pricing
90-day data export window if either side walks away
These are contractual, not aspirational. They sit in the reseller agreement.
Channel policy
How our direct channel and your brand stay apart
We run a consumer brand of our own. Rather than hide it, here is exactly what it can and cannot do — every line of it is clause 4 of the reseller agreement, not marketing copy.
What we cannot do
Price below your registered retail price in your territory
Discount, coupon or bundle our way under that floor
Trade under your brand, or anything confusingly similar
Bid on paid search or social keywords containing your brand
Publish comparison or SEO content targeting your brand
Contact, market to or solicit your tenants and end users
Use data we process on your behalf for our own marketing
Disclose that your product is built on Dodge technology
Name you as a customer without your written consent
What we can do — stated plainly
Operate and advertise our own separate consumer brand
Sell directly at or above your registered price floor
Run campaigns that reference no partner brand
Keep developing the applications for both channels
And two things that work in your favour. We give you thirty days' notice before changing our own published direct pricing, so you move first. And when a business enquiry reaches us — branded deployment, multiple seats, a vertical you serve — we refer it to a partner at no charge and take no commission on the sale.
The capability gap is deliberate
Our direct channel is a single-brand consumer product, and we keep it that way. These are contractually excluded from it, so any business customer who needs them has to come to a partner:
White-label & rebrandingCustom domain & email senderSub-reseller accountsMulti-brand hostingPartner API & webhooksTenant provisioningPartner-tier support & SLA
If we get it wrong
Report it with supporting detail. We investigate and respond within ten business days and cure any confirmed breach within thirty. If we don't, you are entitled to a credit of several months' licence fees and may walk away without penalty and without paying out the remaining term. That remedy is in the agreement precisely so the commitment is worth something.
Three products, not thirty. Each one does a single job properly, loads fast on a bad connection, and works on a phone. We turn down more feature requests than we accept.
Boring where it counts
Predictable pricing, predictable releases, predictable uptime. Partners are building businesses on top of us; surprises are a failure mode, not a feature.
Honest about gaps
We are not SOC 2 certified yet and we say so on the security page. You cannot sell confidently on top of a vendor who oversells.
Want to build on top of us?
Tell us who your customers are. If it doesn't fit, we'll say so — we turn down about one application in four.

Application
Tell us about your business.
We review every application by hand and reply within two business days with a plan recommendation, pricing and a draft agreement. No automated funnel, no pressure call. If you are taking Dodge Fitness you do not need a coaching team — we hire and manage the coaches and nutritionists.

We read it

Branded demo
Send us a logo and we'll stand up a demo tenant on your brand, free, before you commit to anything — with live coach and nutritionist profiles if you are looking at Dodge Fitness.
Branding, DNS, pricing and your first real tenants — typically 14 days from signature.
Be aware
We turn down roughly one application in four. The usual reasons are no existing audience, wanting source code rather than a licence, or a territory already granted exclusively. More on that here.
Just exploring? You don't have to apply to get the sales deck or ask about limits — the contact form is fine for that.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the Dodge Technologies platform as a white-label partner. They apply alongside the reseller agreement.
Version 1.1 · Effective · Last updated
1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], trading as Dodge Technologies ("Dodge", "we", "us"), and the business entity that has been approved as a white-label partner ("Partner", "you").
This website and the partner platform are business-to-business only. Nothing here is offered to consumers, and no individual can purchase a subscription through this site. Dodge separately operates its own direct consumer channel under a different brand and on a different website; that channel is governed by its own terms, is not part of this agreement, and is subject to the channel conduct and price-floor commitments at clause 4 of the reseller agreement. Individuals who use a Partner's branded application do so as customers of that Partner, under the Partner's own terms, and are not party to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate business information and keep it current.
You are responsible for all activity under your partner account and for the security of your credentials and API keys.
You must notify us without undue delay of any suspected unauthorised access.
Admin user limits, brand counts, sub-reseller counts, data residency, SSO and any accelerated support targets are set in your order form rather than by a plan tier.
3. Plans, fees and billing
Fees are as published on the pricing page at the time you subscribe, or as separately agreed in your order form. Applications are licensed and priced individually: there is no bundle, no account-level fee and no shared allowance, and an application you do not licence carries no charge.
Dodge Fitness. Licensed at USD 4.99 per active subscriber per month, invoiced on a minimum of five hundred (500) active subscribers — USD 2,495 per month — from the month it is made available to you, and on your actual peak active subscriber count in any month in which that count exceeds 500. No plan fee, allowance or overage applies to this application. See clause 6.1 of the reseller agreement.
Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar. Each licensed on its own capacity plan at the published fee, covering that application alone. Licensing both means two plan fees and two separate allowances. See clause 6.2 of the reseller agreement.
The initial term is twelve (12) months, continuing monthly thereafter unless terminated with thirty (30) days' written notice.
Monthly capacity plans are invoiced in arrears; annual capacity plans are invoiced in advance and include a two-month discount. Dodge Fitness is invoiced monthly in arrears on actual usage in all cases. Every application is itemised separately on your invoice.
Invoices are payable within [PAYMENT TERM] days. Late amounts may accrue interest at [INTEREST RATE] or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Fees exclude VAT, GST, sales tax and withholding taxes, which are your responsibility.
We may change published pricing with sixty (60) days' notice. Changes do not affect a term already paid for.
Annual plans carry a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee from the start of the initial term. Refunds are not available for renewal terms or partial months.
4. Allowances and overage
Capacity plans for Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar include an allowance of active subscribers and total signups per application, as defined on the pricing page. Dodge Fitness has no allowance. In summary:
An active subscriber is an end-user account under your brand holding a live paid plan at any point during the billing month.
A signup is any end-user account created under your brand, counted cumulatively across the contract year.
We do not throttle, suspend or degrade service for exceeding an allowance. Usage above the included amount is invoiced as overage at that application's plan rate. Subscriber overage is calculated on the peak count within the billing month, per application. Dodge Fitness has no allowance and therefore no overage.
5. Your responsibilities
You are the merchant of record for your customers and are responsible for your own pricing, billing, invoicing and tax obligations.
You must publish your own terms of service and privacy policy to your customers, and they must be at least as protective as these Terms and the DPA.
You are responsible for first-line support to your customers.
You must not misrepresent the software's capabilities, security posture or certifications. In particular you must not claim compliance certifications Dodge does not hold.
We provide the platform, hosting, maintenance, security patching and product updates. Where you license Dodge Fitness, we also recruit, vet, train, roster, insure and pay the coaches and nutritionists who deliver it, as set out at clause 2.1 of the reseller agreement. They are not your employees, workers or contractors.
We operate a separate direct sales channel under our own brand. We will not trade under your brand, will not price below your registered retail price in your territory, and will not contact, market to or solicit your tenants or end users. These commitments are set out in full at clause 4 of the reseller agreement and survive termination for [SURVIVAL PERIOD].
We provide support to you in line with our standard response targets, or any accelerated targets and service credits recorded in your order form and the SLA.
We will give thirty (30) days' notice before adding a sub-processor.
7. Intellectual property
Dodge retains all right, title and interest in the platform, the applications and all underlying intellectual property. These Terms grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and resell access to the applications under your own branding for the term.
You retain all right, title and interest in your trade marks, brand assets and customer data. You grant us a limited licence to display your brand assets solely to render your branded instance.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of source code. Source escrow terms may be agreed separately and recorded in your order form.
8. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Each party will protect it with at least reasonable care, use it only for the purposes of this agreement, and not disclose it except to personnel and advisers who need it and are bound by equivalent obligations. These duties continue for [CONFIDENTIALITY PERIOD] after termination.
9. Term and termination
Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured thirty (30) days after written notice, or immediately on insolvency of the other party. We may suspend access immediately for serious breaches of the acceptable use policy or non-payment more than [SUSPENSION THRESHOLD] days overdue.
On termination you have ninety (90) days to export your data and that of your tenants. We will not contact your customers during or after this window except at your written request.
10. Warranties and liability
Each party warrants it has authority to enter this agreement. We warrant that the platform will perform materially as described in our documentation. Except as expressly stated, the platform is provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Each party's total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid or payable by you in the [LIABILITY WINDOW] preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give sixty (60) days' notice by email and in the partner console. If you object to a material change you may terminate without penalty before it takes effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without regard to conflict of law rules.

White-Label Reseller Agreement
The commercial agreement between Dodge Technologies and an approved partner — including the channel conduct rules that stop our own direct channel from undercutting or competing with your brand.
Version 1.1 · Effective · Last updated
1. Appointment
Dodge appoints the Partner as a non-exclusive white-label reseller of the applications selected in the applicable order form, in the territory stated there, for the term. Each application is appointed, licensed and priced separately; the Partner may licence one, two or all three, and applications not listed in the order form are not licensed and carry no fee. Appointment takes effect on countersignature and payment of the first invoice.
2. Licence grant
Dodge grants the Partner a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable (except under clause 8) licence during the term to:
access and configure the applications through the partner console and Partner API;
provision tenants and resell access to end users under the Partner's own brand;
use Dodge documentation and launch materials to market the applications as the Partner's own product.
No source code, database schema or model weights are provided or licensed. The Partner may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable by law.
2.1 Coaching and nutrition services (Dodge Fitness)
Dodge Fitness is supplied as a staffed service. Dodge engages, and is solely responsible for, the coaches, nutritionists and dieticians who deliver it. Specifically, Dodge will:
recruit, select and engage all coaching and nutrition personnel in each market in which the Partner is licensed to sell, whether as employees or as contracted professionals;
verify professional certifications, take up references and carry out background screening appropriate to the market, and re-verify as certifications renew;
train, supervise, roster and provide absence and holiday cover for those personnel, and manage capacity so that every active subscriber is allocated a coach and a nutritionist;
pay all remuneration, taxes, social contributions, insurance and any other employment-related cost for those personnel;
maintain professional indemnity and public liability cover for the coaching and nutrition services, and monitor service quality, replacing any coach at a subscriber's request at no additional charge.
No coaching or nutrition personnel are employees, workers, agents or contractors of the Partner, and nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between the Partner and any of them. The Partner is not required, and is not permitted, to recruit, engage, direct, discipline, schedule or pay any coach or nutritionist delivering Dodge Fitness. The Partner may configure which coaching specialisms appear in its roster and how profiles are presented under its brand.
Coaching and nutrition personnel are bound by clause 4.4 and will not disclose to any subscriber that the Partner's product is built on, or staffed by, Dodge Technologies, and will not solicit the Partner's subscribers off-platform.
Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar are supplied as software only and carry no coaching, nutrition or other human delivery layer.
3. Branding rights
The Partner may and, in the ordinary course, will present the applications as its own product. Specifically the Partner may apply its logo, colours, typography, product names and domain, and may set all customer-facing commercial terms.
The Partner may not: (a) claim to have developed or to own the underlying software; (b) use the Dodge name or marks in customer-facing materials without written consent; or (c) make representations about availability, security or compliance beyond those in the SLA and the security documentation.
4. Channel conduct and brand protection
Dodge operates its own direct sales channel for the applications, under a separate Dodge-owned brand and on a separate website. This website and the partner platform are business-to-business only. This clause sets out how the two channels coexist so that the Partner's brand, customers and pricing are protected. It applies for the term and for [SURVIVAL PERIOD] afterwards.
4.1 Brand separation
Dodge will not:
trade, market or sell under the Partner's brand, product names, logos, domains or marks, or under any name confusingly similar to them;
bid on, purchase or otherwise target paid-search or paid-social keywords containing the Partner's brand or product names;
publish comparison, review or SEO content that names or targets the Partner's brand;
represent that its direct offering is connected with, endorsed by or supplied by the Partner;
name the Partner as a customer, partner or reference in any public material without the Partner's prior written consent.
4.2 Price floor — Dodge will not undercut the Partner
The Partner registers its retail pricing for each application in the partner console, and may update it at any time. Dodge undertakes that, in the Partner's territory:
the price at which Dodge offers an equivalent application and billing period through its direct channel will be no lower than the Partner's registered retail price;
Dodge will not use discounts, promotions, coupons, credits, trials of unusual length or bundling to bring its effective direct price below that floor;
where a Partner registers a price below Dodge's published direct price, Dodge will not reduce its direct price to match or undercut it;
Dodge will give the Partner thirty (30) days' notice before any reduction to its published direct pricing, so the Partner can adjust first.
Registered pricing is Partner confidential information and is used only to administer this clause. Where the Partner has not registered a price, the floor is Dodge's own published direct price.
4.3 Customer non-solicitation
Dodge will not knowingly contact, market to, solicit or attempt to convert any tenant or end user of the Partner. To make that operational rather than aspirational:
the Partner may maintain a suppression list of its tenant and subscriber domains and email addresses in the partner console, which Dodge excludes from all direct-channel marketing;
where an end user of the Partner contacts Dodge directly, Dodge will route them back to the Partner without disclosing Dodge's involvement in the Partner's product;
Dodge will not use data processed on the Partner's behalf under the DPA for any direct-channel marketing, targeting or lookalike modelling.
An end user who approaches Dodge's direct channel entirely independently, and who is not identifiable as the Partner's customer, is not a breach of this clause.
4.4 Confidentiality of the white-label relationship
Dodge will not disclose to any third party that the Partner's branded product is built on Dodge technology, except with the Partner's written consent or where legally compelled.
4.5 Channel differentiation
Dodge's direct channel is a single-brand consumer offering. Dodge will not make available through it: white-label or rebranding rights, sub-reseller accounts, multi-brand hosting, the Partner API, tenant provisioning, or partner-tier support. Those capabilities remain exclusive to the partner channel, so the Partner's offer to a business customer is materially stronger than anything Dodge sells directly.
4.6 Referrals to the Partner
Where Dodge receives a direct enquiry that is better served by a partner — a business seeking branded deployment, multiple seats, or a solution in a territory or vertical the Partner serves — Dodge may refer that enquiry to the Partner at no charge and takes no commission on any resulting sale.
4.7 What Dodge may do
For the avoidance of doubt, and so that the Partner is not surprised later, Dodge may: operate, market and advertise its own separate consumer brand for the applications; sell directly at or above the floor in clause 4.2; publish its own content and run its own campaigns that do not reference any Partner brand; and continue to develop the applications for both channels.
4.8 Remedy
If the Partner reasonably believes Dodge has breached clauses 4.1 to 4.4, it may notify Dodge with supporting detail. Dodge will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days and cure any confirmed breach within thirty (30) days. Where a confirmed breach is not cured in that period, the Partner is entitled to a credit equal to [BREACH CREDIT] months' licence fees and may terminate this agreement without penalty and without payment of any remaining term.
5. Customer ownership
The Partner owns the customer relationship in full. The Partner is the merchant of record, sets all retail pricing, issues all invoices, publishes its own terms and privacy policy, and provides first-line support. Customer data belongs to the Partner and its tenants; Dodge processes it only as a processor under the DPA. Ownership of the customer relationship is unaffected by clause 2.1: coaching and nutrition personnel deliver the service inside the Partner's branded product and remain contractually barred from approaching the Partner's subscribers directly.
6. Pricing and payment
Applications are licensed and priced individually. There is no bundle, no account-level fee and no shared allowance. The Partner pays, for each application listed in the order form, the fee for that application: the subscriber licence fee under clause 6.1 for Dodge Fitness, and the capacity plan fee plus any overage under clause 6.2 for Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar. An application not listed in the order form carries no charge. Dodge takes no share of the Partner's revenue and receives no payment from end users. Fees, terms and the refund position are set out in the terms of service.
6.1 Dodge Fitness subscriber licence
Where the order form includes Dodge Fitness, the Partner pays a subscriber licence fee of USD 4.99 per active subscriber per month for that application. This fee is the entire charge for Dodge Fitness: no capacity plan fee, allowance or overage applies to it. It funds the coaching and nutrition services described at clause 2.1.
The licence fee is invoiced on a minimum of five hundred (500) active subscribers per month from the month in which Dodge Fitness is first made available to the Partner, whether or not the Partner has that many active subscribers. The minimum monthly amount is therefore USD 2,495.
Where the Partner's active subscriber count for Dodge Fitness exceeds five hundred (500) in a billing month, the licence fee for that month is the actual peak active subscriber count multiplied by USD 4.99.
Active subscriber has the meaning given on the pricing page, and the same count is used for both plan allowance and licence purposes.
The licence fee is invoiced as a separate line for that application, and is not a share of, and is not calculated by reference to, the Partner's revenue or retail pricing.
Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar are licensed separately under clause 6.2 and carry no subscriber licence fee.
The licence fee is what the Partner pays Dodge. It does not determine, cap or set a floor under the price the Partner charges its own customers. Dodge imposes no minimum or maximum resale price and no recommended resale price on the Partner for any application; any price ranges published by Dodge are illustrative only. The Partner sets its retail pricing freely under clause 5, per application, per brand and per territory, and may change it at any time.
Changes to the licence fee are subject to the same notice period as changes to published pricing under the terms of service.
6.2 Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar capacity plans
Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar are each licensed on a capacity plan selected in the order form, at the fees published on the pricing page. Each plan fee covers one application only.
Where the Partner licenses both applications, a separate plan fee and a separate allowance apply to each; usage of one does not draw on the allowance of the other.
Each plan includes an active subscriber allowance and an annual signup allowance for that application, with excess usage invoiced as overage at that plan's published rate.
Capacity levels may be changed per application and independently of any other application the Partner licenses.
Annual prepayment discounts apply to these plan fees only.
7. Allowances
Allowances apply to Dodge Pocket and Dodge Calendar only, and are measured separately for each application. Each capacity plan includes allowances of active subscribers and total signups as defined on the pricing page, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. Dodge will not throttle or suspend the service for exceeding an allowance; excess usage is invoiced as overage. Dodge will notify the Partner when usage crosses 80% and 100% of either allowance for either application. Dodge Fitness carries no allowance and no overage: it is charged solely under clause 6.1.
8. Sub-resellers
The Partner may appoint sub-resellers where, and up to the number, the order form provides. Sub-resellers draw against the Partner's capacity for the applications they resell, and their Dodge Fitness subscribers count toward the Partner's subscriber licence fee under clause 6.1. The Partner remains fully liable for its sub-resellers' compliance with this agreement and must flow down equivalent obligations in writing.
9. Exclusivity
Appointment is non-exclusive by default. Territory or vertical exclusivity may be negotiated per application, will be recorded in the order form and will normally be conditional on a minimum volume commitment. If a commitment is missed by more than [EXCLUSIVITY TOLERANCE], exclusivity converts to non-exclusive on [EXCLUSIVITY NOTICE] days' notice.
10. Partner obligations
Market and sell only within the agreed territory and for the agreed applications.
Maintain accurate records of tenants and subscribers and provide reasonable reporting on request.
Provide competent first-line support and escalate platform issues through the console.
Comply with applicable law including data protection, consumer protection, anti-bribery and export control.
Not resell to any party subject to sanctions or on a restricted-party list.
Not recruit, engage, employ, direct or pay any coach, nutritionist or dietician to deliver Dodge Fitness, and not solicit for employment or engagement any coaching or nutrition personnel introduced through the platform, during the term and for [NON-SOLICIT PERIOD] afterwards.
Not represent to any customer or subscriber that the Partner employs the coaches or nutritionists, nor disclose that they are engaged by Dodge.
11. Term and exit
Initial term is twelve (12) months, then rolling monthly with thirty (30) days' notice. On termination for any reason:
the Partner has ninety (90) days to export all partner and tenant data;
Dodge will not approach the Partner's customers during or after that window except at the Partner's written request;
tenants may, at the Partner's election, be wound down or transferred to another partner nominated by the Partner;
accrued fees remain payable, and clauses 4, 5, 7, 8 and 12 survive.
12. General
This agreement, the terms of service, the DPA, the SLA and the applicable order form form the entire agreement. Where they conflict, the order form prevails, then this agreement, then the terms of service. Neither party may assign without consent, except to a successor in a merger or sale of substantially all assets. Notices are given by email to the addresses in the order form. Governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].

Service Level Agreement
What we commit to on availability and response, how we measure it, and what happens when we miss.
Version 1.0 · Effective · Last updated
1. Scope
This SLA applies to the Dodge platform: the three applications, the partner console and the Partner API. The contractual uptime commitment and service credits in clauses 2 and 7 apply where the order form includes them. Every partner receives the response targets in clause 6 and the same operational practices; only the contractual credit is negotiated.
2. Uptime commitment
Dodge commits to 99.9% monthly availability where your order form includes the uptime commitment. For context, our actual measured availability over the last twelve months was 99.94%, published continuously on the status page.
Monthly uptime
Maximum downtime
99.9%
43 minutes 50 seconds
99.5%
3 hours 39 minutes
99.0%
7 hours 18 minutes
3. How uptime is measured
Availability is measured per calendar month as successful responses divided by total requests to production endpoints, sampled at one-minute intervals from at least three geographically distributed monitoring locations. A minute counts as downtime if more than 50% of checks in that minute fail or exceed a 10-second timeout.
4. Exclusions
The following do not count as downtime:
Scheduled maintenance announced at least seven (7) days in advance.
Emergency security patching, capped at [EMERGENCY CAP] minutes per month.
Failures caused by the Partner's own configuration, DNS, integrations or code.
Failures in third-party services outside our control, including calendar providers, payment processors and SMS carriers.
Force majeure, and suspension for non-payment or breach of the acceptable use policy.
5. Severity levels

Example
P1 — Critical
Production down or unusable for most subscribers, no workaround
Application returning errors for all tenants
P2 — Major
Significant feature unavailable or severely degraded, workaround painful
Bookings cannot be confirmed; email delivery stalled
P3 — Minor
Limited impact, workaround available
A chart renders incorrectly on one browser
P4 — Question

Credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for failure to meet the uptime commitment. Total credits in any month will not exceed 50% of that month's licence fees, and are applied against future invoices rather than refunded in cash.
8. Claiming a credit
Submit a claim to support@dodgetechnologies.net within thirty (30) days of the end of the affected month, including the dates and times of unavailability and any logs you hold. We respond within fifteen (15) business days.
9. Maintenance
Routine maintenance is performed without downtime. Where a window is unavoidable it is announced at least seven (7) days ahead on the status page and by email, and is scheduled between 01:00 and 05:00 UTC on a Sunday wherever practical. Emergency security patching may be applied without notice, and is announced as soon as it is safe to do so.

Data Processing Addendum
Where you are the controller and we are the processor, this addendum sets out how we handle personal data on your instructions.
Version 1.0 · Effective · Last updated
1. Roles
This addendum forms part of the terms of service. For personal data processed within branded applications, the Partner (and, where applicable, its tenants) is the controller and Dodge Technologies is the processor. For partner account and billing data, Dodge is the controller and the privacy policy applies.
2. Scope of processing
Item
Detail
Subject matter
Provision of the Dodge applications and partner platform
Duration
The term, plus the 90-day export window
Nature and purpose
Hosting, storage, transmission, backup and display of end-user data
Categories of data subject
Partner personnel, tenant administrators, end users (subscribers)
Categories of personal data
Identity and contact data; account credentials; usage and log data; application content entered by end users
Special category data
Health-adjacent data may be entered into Dodge Fitness (body metrics, dietary information). The Partner must establish a lawful basis and, where required, obtain explicit consent.
3. Our obligations
Dodge will: process personal data only on the Partner's documented instructions (this addendum and use of the platform constituting those instructions); ensure personnel with access are bound by confidentiality; implement the measures in clause 6; assist the Partner with data subject requests, impact assessments and regulator consultations; and notify the Partner without undue delay if an instruction appears to infringe applicable law.
4. Your obligations
The Partner will: establish and document a lawful basis for the processing; publish an accurate privacy notice to its customers and end users; obtain any consents required, particularly for special category data; not send Dodge personal data outside the agreed scope; and ensure its own tenants comply equivalently.
5. Sub-processors
The Partner authorises Dodge to engage sub-processors. The current list is maintained in the partner console and summarised on the security page:
Sub-processor
Purpose
Location
[CLOUD PROVIDER]
Compute, storage, managed databases
Selected region
[EMAIL PROVIDER]
Transactional email delivery
EU / US
[SMS PROVIDER]
SMS reminders (Dodge Calendar)
Global routing
[MONITORING PROVIDER]
Error monitoring and diagnostics
EU
Dodge gives thirty (30) days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. The Partner may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period; if the objection cannot be resolved, the Partner may terminate the affected service without penalty.
6. Security measures
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), with keys managed in an HSM.
Role-based access control, least privilege, mandatory MFA and just-in-time production access.
Logical tenant isolation enforced at the data layer.
Encrypted backups every six hours with 35-day point-in-time recovery, restore-tested quarterly.
Annual third-party penetration testing and continuous dependency scanning.
Documented incident response and business continuity plans, exercised twice yearly.
7. Breach notification
Dodge will notify the Partner without undue delay and in any case within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting the Partner's data, providing the nature of the breach, categories and approximate numbers affected, likely consequences and remediation. The Partner is responsible for notifying its own regulators and data subjects.
8. Data subject requests
Where Dodge receives a request directly from an end user, it will not respond substantively and will refer the request to the Partner. The console and API provide export, correction and deletion so the Partner can fulfil requests without our involvement; where technical assistance is needed we provide it at no additional charge.
9. International transfers
Data is processed in the region selected for the Partner's account. Where a transfer outside that region is necessary, Dodge relies on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, which are incorporated by reference and completed as follows: Module Two (controller to processor), with the Partner as data exporter and Dodge as data importer; governing law and forum [SCC JURISDICTION].
10. Deletion and return
On termination, the Partner has ninety (90) days to export data through the console or API. After that window Dodge deletes personal data from primary systems within thirty (30) days, and it rolls off backups within a further thirty-five (35) days. Dodge may retain data where required by law, subject to continued confidentiality.
11. Audit
Dodge will make available the information necessary to demonstrate compliance, including its penetration test summary and security documentation, on request and under NDA. On-site audits may be requested no more than once per year, on thirty (30) days' notice, at the Partner's cost, and subject to reasonable confidentiality and security constraints.

Acceptable Use Policy
A short list of things that will get an account suspended. It applies to you, to your sub-resellers and to your end users.
Version 1.0 · Effective · Last updated
1. Who this covers
This policy applies to every partner, sub-reseller, tenant and end user of the Dodge platform. As a partner you are responsible for ensuring the parties beneath you comply, and for acting on reports we pass to you.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use the platform to store, transmit or make available content that:
is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that incites violence or hatred;
sexually exploits or endangers minors, in any form or context;
infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
contains malware, exploit code or credential-harvesting material;
promotes self-harm, disordered eating, or unsafe extreme dieting or training practices. This applies with particular force to Dodge Fitness, and we enforce it strictly.
3. Prohibited conduct
Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code or models.
Probing, scanning or testing the security of the platform without written authorisation. Good-faith disclosure to security@dodgetechnologies.net is welcome and is not a breach.
Circumventing allowance counting, including creating shadow accounts, cycling subscriber records or splitting a single business across partner accounts to avoid a tier.
Reselling to sanctioned parties, or into embargoed territories.
Misrepresenting the platform's security posture, compliance certifications or availability to your customers.
Using the platform to build or train a competing product.
4. Messaging and email
Transactional email and SMS sent through the platform must relate to a service the recipient has signed up for. You may not send unsolicited bulk marketing, and you must honour unsubscribe requests and applicable local rules such as [ANTI-SPAM LAW]. SMS sender IDs must be registered where the destination country requires it. Abuse of the messaging layer risks the deliverability of every partner on the platform, so we enforce this without much patience.
5. Technical limits
Partner API: 600 requests per minute per key, burstable to 1,200. Use batch endpoints for bulk work rather than looping.
File uploads: 25 MB per file, with fair-use storage per tenant.
SMS: fair use of 200 messages per tenant per month; beyond that, carrier rates are passed through at cost.
Automated scraping of the platform, or resale of platform capacity as raw infrastructure, is not permitted.
6. Regulated use cases
The applications are general-purpose business software. They are not certified medical devices, not accounting or tax filing systems, and not payment institutions. You must not market them as such.
Dodge Fitness must not be positioned as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Your end-user terms should say so plainly.
Dodge Pocket is a record-keeping tool, not accounting software and not financial advice.
Dodge Calendar may be used in healthcare settings, but if you are subject to [HEALTHCARE REGULATION] you must tell us before launch so that appropriate terms are put in place.
7. Enforcement
Where we identify a breach we will normally contact you first and give a reasonable period to act, because you own the customer relationship. For serious breaches — particularly child safety, malware distribution, or conduct that threatens platform-wide email deliverability — we may suspend the affected tenant or account immediately and notify you afterwards.
Repeated or unresolved breaches are grounds for termination under the terms of service.
8. Reporting abuse
Report abuse to abuse@dodgetechnologies.net with the tenant or account identifier, a description and any evidence. We acknowledge within one business day. Reports concerning child safety are actioned immediately and referred to the appropriate authorities.
